MARTIN FRANCHISE CONSULTANTS

Below are a few frequently asked questions about working with Martin Franchise Consultants. If you do not see your questions answered here please don't hesitate to contact us!

Who is Martin Franchise Consultants?

Martin Franchise Consultants (MFC) is a franchise consulting firm and outsourced Franchise Sales Organization located in the Atlanta, GA area. We typically work with emerging concepts with under 50 franchise locations, some with only one! Our firm has extensive franchise sales knowledge and development resources in the franchise industry. This allows us to offer our franchisor clients C-Level executive services without having to hire an internal VP of Franchise Sales. We save our clients tens of thousands of dollars per year in salaries and benefits, while performing at an elite sales level bringing more to the bottom line. We handle all aspects of franchise development, from the Initial Consultation to Franchise Disclosure to Discovery Day, culminating in the signing of an agreement. We even assist in territory analysis, real estate broker procurement, and have resources for third-party funding.

Which franchises does MFC represent?

MFC currently works with several of today's top emerging franchise opportunities in several different industries. We work on an exclusive basis and become an integral partner of the franchisor, essentially becoming part of the corporate team. We are very selective when choosing brands to work with, thus you won't see dozens of brands in our portfolio. Our CEO, Marty Welch, manages each brand personally with a small support team.

What type of fees will I pay if I use MFC?

We typically will require a very reasonable retainer for a period of time as we ramp up the marketing and sale of the franchise, which could last from 3 to 12 months. We are primarily compensated when we close a franchise or development agreement. We do not require any of your company’s equity. We are experts in closing transactions and strongly believe that the franchise fee income is critical to growing the brand in the emerging stages, thus our percentage award is well below industry standard.
